Readers can report an incorrect date, missing source, misattributed statement, duplicate action, missing jurisdiction, broken link, or another factual issue.

What to include

• The page or jurisdiction involved.
• The information that appears incorrect or incomplete.
• The proposed correction.
• A supporting source, preferably a primary government record.

Submit a correction report

Correction reports submitted through GitHub are public. Do not include private contact details or other sensitive information.

How corrections are handled

MNFlag checks reports against the cited evidence. Supported corrections are made in the canonical research record and then appear on the public site after its data cache refresh. The public page is not edited separately from the research record.
